Invite a team

Up to 6 seats per team. Roles: owner / editor / viewer. Team-shared links are visible to every member.

Teams are a Pro feature. 6 seats included (1 owner + 5 members). Members see team-shared links + analytics; editors can mutate them; viewers are read-only.

Create a team

  • Settings → Team.
  • Type a team name ("Acme Marketing").
  • Create team. You're auto-added as the owner.

Invite members

  • Same Settings → Team page → Invite someone.
  • Email + role (editor or viewer, owner can't be granted to a second person).
  • Send. The invitee gets an email with an Accept invite button.
  • Also a copy-able link in the Pending invites section, in case the email lands in spam.

Roles

  • Owner: can do everything. Only one per team; can't be revoked.
  • Editor: can create/edit/delete team links, invite new members, change other members' roles, remove members.
  • Viewer: can see team links + analytics. Can't mutate anything.

Sharing a link with the team

When creating or editing a link, set its team_id in the Basics tab (dropdown shows the teams you're a member of). Personal links stay personal; only team_id-set links surface to the team.

Removing or changing seats

  • Settings → Team → role dropdown next to each member to change their role.
  • Remove button next to each member to evict them. They lose access immediately.
  • Pending invites can be revoked with the Revoke button. Already-accepted invites can't be "undone"; remove the member instead.
