Choose the right plan

Five plans: Free, Pro, Team, Agency, Studio. What changes as you climb - links, seats, domains, API limits, retention - and which one fits.

BLNQ has five plans. The short version: Free for personal use, Pro for one developer who wants their own brand and the API, then Team / Agency / Studio when other people need in. Pricing and the upgrade button live in Settings → Billing; this guide is the map.

Free - $0

  • For: hobby links, a side project, trying BLNQ out.
  • 10 active links, unlimited standalone QR codes.
  • 30-day analytics, all the QR customisation.
  • Password / scheduling on 2 links.
  • Read-only API (30 req/min, 1 key). No write API, no custom domain, no team.

Pro - $6/mo (the developer plan)

  • For: one person - a developer or marketer - who wants their links branded and scriptable.
  • 1,000 links, unlimited password + scheduling, all the link features (smart routing, branded expiry, pixels, webhooks, UTM templates, trust badge).
  • 1 custom domain.
  • Full write API: 60 req/min, 3 keys.
  • 90-day analytics.
  • A 2-seat workspace - enough to add a single collaborator. Real team collaboration starts on Team.

Team - $19/mo (collaboration starts here)

  • For: a small team sharing links, domains, and campaigns.
  • Everything in Pro, plus a proper team workspace: 8 seats, shared links, shared campaigns, team UTM defaults.
  • 3 custom domains, shareable across the team.
  • Shared activity / audit log (90-day retention).
  • Write API: 200 req/min, 10 keys.
  • 180-day analytics.

Agency - $69/mo

  • For: an agency running many clients or brands.
  • Everything in Team, scaled up: 50 seats, 15 custom domains / teams.
  • Write API: 600 req/min, 25 keys.
  • 365-day analytics, 1-year audit retention.

Studio - enterprise

  • For: larger orgs with security and scale requirements.
  • Everything in Agency, plus SSO and effectively unlimited seats, domains, and teams.
  • Indefinite audit retention with export.

How to pick in one line

  • Just you, just links? Free.
  • Just you, but you want your own domain and the write API? Pro.
  • More than one person needs in? Team (or Agency at agency scale).
  • SSO / unlimited / procurement involved? Studio.

Two things worth repeating because people get them backwards: the write API is on every paid plan (not just Pro - Pro is simply the cheapest plan that has it), and collaboration features (shared domains, shared campaigns, audit log) really begin on Team. Pro's 2 seats are for a single collaborator, not a whole team.

Changing plans

  • Settings → Billing → pick a plan. Dodo Payments runs the checkout; we never see your card.
  • Upgrades apply immediately - new seats, domains, and API limits are live at once.
  • Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep what you paid for until then.
